Bu Gizlilik Politikası, manuflo.com.tr web sitesi ve manuflo uygulaması üzerinden topladığımız kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Detaylı bilgi için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'ni de inceleyiniz.
BGZ YAZILIM BURAK GÜNAY ("manuflo"), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla kişisel verilerinizi işlemektedir. 6698 sayılı Kanun'un ilgili istisna hükümleri kapsamında VERBİS'e kayıt yükümlülüğümüz bulunmamaktadır. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz personel/duruş/üretim kayıtları bakımından ise manuflo yalnızca "veri işleyen" sıfatıyla, firmanızın talimatları doğrultusunda işlem yapar; bu verilerin veri sorumlusu firmanızdır.
Hesap bilgileri (ad, e-posta, firma adı), müşterinin uygulamaya kendi girdiği üretim/personel verileri, tarayıcı/cihaz bilgileri, çerezler aracılığıyla toplanan kullanım istatistikleri.
Hizmetin sunulması ve sürdürülmesi, teknik destek, güvenlik ve dolandırıcılık önleme, hizmet geliştirme ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla kullanılır. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz.
Hizmetin sunulabilmesi için sunucu/barındırma, e-posta gönderim ve ödeme altyapısı sağlayan iş ortaklarıyla, yalnızca hizmetin gerektirdiği ölçüde veri paylaşılır. Uygulamamız Google Firebase bulut altyapısını kullanır; bu nedenle verileriniz Türkiye dışında (Avrupa Birliği/ABD bölgesi) bulunan sunucularda saklanabilir ve işlenebilir. Hesap verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap kapatıldıktan sonra: faturalandırmaya ilişkin kayıtlar 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca 10 yıl, elektronik ticaret kapsamındaki işlem kayıtları 6563 sayılı Kanun uyarınca 3 yıl saklanır; bu sürelerin sonunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
Verileriniz, yetkisiz erişime karşı makul teknik ve idari tedbirlerle korunur (şifreleme, erişim kontrolü vb.). Ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletimin %100 güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız. Olası bir veri ihlali, KVKK m.12 kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ve etkilenen kişilere bildirilir.
KVKK m.11 kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi info@manuflo.com.tr adresine yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data collected through the manuflo.com.tr website and the manuflo application. See also our KVKK Notice for further detail.
BGZ YAZILIM BURAK GÜNAY ("manuflo") acts as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). We are not subject to the VERBİS registration requirement under the relevant exemption provisions of KVKK. With respect to the staff/stoppage/production records you enter into the app, manuflo acts solely as a "data processor" on your company's instructions; your company is the data controller for that data.
Account information (name, email, company name), production/staff data you enter into the app yourself, browser/device information, and usage statistics collected via cookies.
Used to provide and maintain the service, technical support, security and fraud prevention, service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is shared, only to the extent the service requires, with partners providing hosting, email delivery and payment infrastructure. Our application runs on Google Firebase cloud infrastructure; as a result your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Turkey (EU/US region). Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account closure: billing records are retained for 10 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law, and e-commerce transaction records for 3 years under Law No. 6563; data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your data is protected with reasonable technical and administrative measures (encryption, access control, etc.). No transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, however. Any data breach is reported to the Personal Data Protection Board and affected individuals under KVKK art.12.
Under KVKK art.11, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests in writing to info@manuflo.com.tr.
