Hesabım → Hesabı Sil → şifrenizi girerek onaylayın.
İşlem tamamlandığında firma kaydınız, tüm kullanıcı hesaplarınız ve üretim, personel, duruş, arıza kayıtlarınız dâhil bütün operasyonel verileriniz sistemden kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Silme öncesinde Rapor Yönetimi ekranından Excel raporlarınızı indirmenizi öneririz. Uygulama üzerinden en fazla son bir yıllık dönem raporlanabilir; daha eski dönemlere ait kayıtlara ihtiyacınız varsa silme işleminden önce info@manuflo.com.tr adresine başvurun, kayıtlarınız tarafımızca çıkarılıp size iletilir.
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa veya talebi yazılı olarak iletmek istiyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@manuflo.com.tr adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. E-postanızda firma adınızı ve hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresini belirtmeniz yeterlidir.
Kimliğinizin doğrulanmasının ardından talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve işlem tamamlandığında tarafınıza bilgi verilir.
Silinen: Firma kaydı; tüm kullanıcı hesapları ve kimlik doğrulama kayıtları; üretim, iş emri, personel, duruş ve arıza kayıtları; makine, bölüm, süreç ve duruş kodu tanımları; personel havuzu; ayarlar ve tercih kayıtları.
Silinmeyen: Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar. Fatura ve muhasebe kayıtları TTK m.82 uyarınca 10 yıl (VUK m.253 uyarınca asgari 5 yıl), elektronik ticaret işlem kayıtları 6563 sayılı Kanun uyarınca 3 yıl saklanır. Bu kayıtlar erişim kısıtlaması altında tutulur ve sürelerin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
Verileriniz canlı sistemden derhal silinir. Yedek ortamlardaki kopyalar, yedekleme döngüsü gereği en geç 90 gün içinde tamamen düşer.
Hesap silme işlemi, aboneliğinizin iptali anlamına gelir. Aylık ve yıllık aboneliklerde iade koşulları için Kullanım Koşulları'nın 6. maddesini inceleyiniz.
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz personel verileri bakımından veri sorumlusu firmanızdır; manuflo yalnızca veri işleyen sıfatıyla hareket eder. Bir çalışanınız kendi verilerinin silinmesini talep ederse, bu talebi karşılamak firmanızın sorumluluğundadır. Bize ulaşan bu tür talepleri gecikmeksizin ilgili firmaya yönlendiririz.

You can delete your manuflo account and company record directly in the application:
My Account → Delete Account → confirm by entering your password.
Once complete, your company record, all user accounts and all operational data — production, staff, stoppage and fault records — are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. We recommend downloading your Excel reports from the Report Management screen beforehand. The application can report at most the last year; if you need records from earlier periods, contact info@manuflo.com.tr before deletion and we will extract and send them to you.
If you cannot access the application or prefer to submit your request in writing, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" to info@manuflo.com.tr from the email address registered to your account, stating your company name and registered email address.
Once your identity is verified, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and you are informed when it is done.
Deleted: company record; all user accounts and authentication records; production, work order, staff, stoppage and fault records; machine, department, process and stoppage code definitions; the staff pool; settings and preferences.
Not deleted: records subject to statutory retention. Invoice and accounting records are kept for 10 years under art.82 of the Turkish Commercial Code (at least 5 years under art.253 of the Tax Procedure Law), and e-commerce transaction records for 3 years under Law No. 6563. These are held under access restriction and are deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of those periods.
Your data is deleted from live systems immediately. Copies held on backup media age out completely within 90 days at the latest.
Deleting your account constitutes cancellation of your subscription. For refund terms on monthly and annual subscriptions, see section 6 of the Terms of Use.
Your company is the data controller for the staff data entered into the application; manuflo acts only as data processor. If an employee requests deletion of their own data, meeting that request is your company's responsibility. We refer any such requests we receive to the relevant company without delay.
